Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReelRift ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

ReelRift is a credit-based video processing platform that allows users to upload videos, select clips, add overlays, and process videos into vertical format for social media.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Credit System

Free Tier

New users receive a free tier that allows:

• Upload up to 3 source videos
• 0 processing credits
• Access to explore the user interface

Paid Plans

Processing credits can be purchased through:

• Starter Pack: $1 for 10 credits (one-time)
• Creator: $19 for 60 credits (one-time)
• Pro: $39/month for 150 credits/month
• Agency: $299/month for 1000 credits/month

Credit Usage

Credits are consumed as follows:

• Standard Mode: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processed video
• Clip-Only Mode: 1 credit = 60 seconds of processed video (50% discount)
• Credits are deducted after processing completes
• One-time purchase credits never expire
• Monthly subscription credits reset each billing period

Payment and Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all fees associated with your account
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits or subscription fees, except as required by law.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Unused credits from monthly allocations will be forfeited
• One-time purchase credits remain available and never expire
• No refunds will be issued for partial months

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to use
• Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service
• Upload malware or malicious code

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the videos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store your videos on our servers
• Process your videos according to your instructions
• Display your videos back to you in the user interface

We will not use your videos for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Storage Limits

Storage limits vary by plan:

• Starter Pack: 3 source videos, 10 processed clips
• Creator: 10 source videos, 30 processed clips
• Pro: 30 source videos, 100 processed clips
• Agency: Unlimited storage

If you exceed your storage limits, you will be unable to upload new videos until you delete existing ones or upgrade your plan.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT PROCESSING RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELRIFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You abuse the Service or harm other users
• Required by law or legal process

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data may be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReelRift operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
